We just received our power block and have upgraded already, adding some add-on kits. We had another version of adjustable dumbbells that just weren’t working for us. First, they were metric second, they just didn’t seem sturdy enough as the weights rattled around while doing exercises. The flower block is simple, solid, and well built. in addition, our healthcare spending account paid for the whole thing, this beats a gym membership, hands-down.
