The PowerBlock dumbbells are fantastic. I have come back to weight training after a 25-year hiatus. I follow a fast-paced online weight program. Theses weights have greatly increased the effectiveness of my training sessions by allowing me to quickly adjust to the optimal weight for each exercise. I am extremly pleased with the quality and durability of the dumbbells.
