I had ordered a replacement pin/handle for a PowerBlock Sport I had bought several years ago that had a broken tether cord. Was sent the wrong handle but when I notified customer service, I was sent the correct piece at no extra cost. I truly appreciated the gesture and I will be sending the other one back this week. Thank you!
