I bought the adjustable 35-62 lb. Kettlebell. When delivered it had a chip taken out of the bottom corner. Jason at PowerBlock immedetely resolved the problem by sending me another KB. Got it within a week and it looks and feels great! Great customer service. I'm a long time Powerblock fan having bought the first generation adjustable dumb bells and stand 30+years ago and the 22-35 lb. adjustable KB 25+ years ago. Great job PowerBlock!!!
