I needed a replacement weight for my Elite EXP dumbell set but I accidentally purchased a weight for the Elite DB set so it didn't fit correctly. I sent a picture to PowerBlock customer service and they correctly identified that I had the wrong weight and right away they sent me the correct weight free of charge. I didn't even need to send back the old one. Much appreciated, great customer service!
