Received product within 3 days of ordering. Product is ultra easy to use. I was a bit nervous given the two padded bars next to where the wrist are thinking it would limit my ability to perform certain movements but have found no issues so far. Bench press, rows, front racked squats, curls, skull crushers and even over head snatches, these dumbbells can do it all. Will not find anything that has as many weight increments at a better price on the market, very pleased after one month of use.
