These are wonderful for our home gym. Easy to switch up the weight between sets. Takes up a FRACTION of the space a full dumbell set would. We went for the knurled handles and we're glad we did. We also picked up the PowerBlock EZ bar as well. If I HAD to pick something to gripe about, there are some exercises that are difficult to preform based on the shape of the powerblocks themselves.
