I’m a 58-year-old woman that just bought my PowerBlock set and I love them . I watch tv and lift my chosen weight . I feel safe using them because of their locking system . My arms look tone and most importantly , I feel mentally good after each use . I would highly recommend for any household . I will be buying the heavier set for my 23-year-old son for Christmas . Hopefully they are discounted some it I win the $100 review promo … LOL
