I am an original owner of the pro rexan set, purchased in 1994. They are built to last, but I was having an issue with the center handle grip and it needed replacing. After contacting customer service and discussing the issue, I purchased what I was told would work. Well it turned out there was a communication error and it didn't work. I contacted Ashley and she recognized the error that was made and remedied it by shipping me the correct products to fix the issue. She and the company exceeded my expectation it soving the problem. I now have new handles that make my original set feel like new!
