My experience with ordering PowerBlock was fantastic. I made an error on my first order, the customer service at PowerBlock helped me correct everything and get my new shipment out before my wife's birthday. I had to do a return and that was done very quickly and my new order was shipped to me within 5 days. They were very helpful and professional about the whole situation that I caused. Thank you and my wife loves her gift!!
