PowerBlock Sport 24 is an excellent product for doing low-weight exercises. These dumbbells are really compact and comfortable. Changing weight is just a breathe. Despite these dumbbells being adjustable, surprisingly there is little to no rattling. The squre shape also comes in handy for doing deficit push ups. Finally, this product is a standout even among all PowerBlock dumbbells because there is no adder weight that can sometimes disrupt the balance. These are perfectly balanced. Very happy with the purchase!
