The ordering process was easy and check out and receipt of the dumbells we quick. I did submit a question by email before ordering that was never answered so that is why I have 4 stars instead of 5. They were offering a 10% off deal but a lot of items were out of stock so I asked if I could order the stand with the dumbells and get the 10% off on the stand as well and just have it backordered and never got an response.
