The White Chocolate on this occasion seems to taste of fatty lard flavour and slightly waxy consistency, with hint of stale fat in the after taste and completely inedible. Dear Pure Heavenly… I tried a second bar of your white Chocolate and that too has a stale fatty waxy taste and consistency of which I personally find quite inedible. Please advise what action I can take to redeem my purchase cost. This bar too will have to be disposed of unless you requested it to be returned. In your previous reply you had said that investigators would check into the batch and see if there is this problem with present batches. I kindly sent you an image of the Chocolate bar and it’s batch number, please can you tell me your results. Please tell me how to receive a refund for the inedible White Chocolate bars.
