I bought a nicely packaged box with a selection. As a diabetic I was very interested in sugar content and taste. I saw this on Dragons Den. I purchased via Amazon - not sure if this was via them or not. I received defective chocolate -broken and discolured in each and every bar - awkward and strange texture -something very wrong. No answer from Amazon seller. Contacted manufacturer and they started playing games and referring me to seller. This attitude infuriates me as this is not down to the reseller -this is clearly a manufactruring issue so all roads lead to the maker of the chocolate. The seller will go back to the manufacturer. Given that the reseller has not replied -it was in my view a time to step up and assit the end user of the product -rather than supplying disingenuous responses. I really though they would assist in these circumstances and send me an unspoiled edible product. No more or no less than ordered. Just a gesture. Not a chance.
