Of course it's not like dairy milk etc! It's made for people with intolerance to that type of chocolate. I bought due to a recent diagnosis of T2DM . Being a chocoholic I needed an alternative. I find i pleasant and it stops me from turning to something that would spike my blood sugars .i haven't found a flavour that I don't like x Thank you x
