Had an email 2 weeks ago to say the order was despatched but it has never arrived. No response from Heavenly Chocolate when I asked what had gone wrong/where was my order.
Disgraceful customer service after the long wait for the order which was placed 2 months ago, I think Peter made a big mistake backing this shambles.
