Great concept, really enjoying the different flavours! Can see this company has struggled with the influx since their TV appearance as my girlfriend had an extended wait for her first order. But from the press releases its clear a lot of the issues have been largely out of their control or down to poor advice.
Overall, recommend you ignore the negative reviews about this business and try the 'invention' for yourself. Service was good for me, website is easy to use and got my order within 48 hours.
P.S. Salted Caramel is by far the best!
