I have been buying for a long while and I can say I enjoy the whole experience, buying, taking prompt delivery and consuming the delicious chocolate. Plenty of choice and the freedom to take as much or as little as needed, not being obliged to keep to a subscription. If at any time you need to contact them you tend to get a prompt reply so you feel you are a valued customer. Well done to the team.
