I am completely satisfied with the communication and handling of the claim by RentalCover.com
The car rental company made me responsible for a damage which was already there when I picked up the car. The damage was very small and overseen by me AND by an attendent at car pick-up (the car showed a few damages which all were not pre-recorded, so I asked an attendent to record these damages). Because we oversaw the small damage they made me responsible for it. I even had a picture of the car at pick-up where the claimed damage can be seen but the car rental company refused my argumentation. So I gave the handling to RentalCover.com and they reeimbursed my credit card within a few days.
