April 2024 : my Eur0pcar Puegot 2008 windscreen got cracked due to a passing by truck stone fly-by.. Europcar demanded 700 euros from me for windscreen replacement but provided necessary documents for claim. I submitted my claim to Rental Cover and got reimbursed within 7 days. didn't expect it to be so fast and easy.. Will definitely look forward in future
