In the care given to the marketing activity while selling the policy, the cases against the customer are not removed. The policy sold is almost not included. After that, I will never buy it without reading the reviews. Everything is almost out of the scope. The substances that are covered by the scope are so few that many substances are out of scope. So I definitely do not recommend a system based on compensation.

I bought full cover from RentalCover. After a minor damage, the rental company charged me €750. I submitted Claim EF5Y-C97V-INS on 14 Aug 2025 with all required documents. Today is 23 Aug 2025—9 days with no acknowledgement or update. I’ve had to pay the €750 on my credit card to avoid interest. Very poor communication. Please confirm receipt, assign a handler, and give a clear ETA for reimbursement. I will update this review once resolved.

This scam company sends canned responses to my emails. They owe me for a windshield and its been 3 weeks! This was through Priceline, so i thought I could trust them..NOT! Stay away from this company. I wish I did.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of support and service I’ve received from your company. Despite multiple attempts to contact your team via email regarding my claim (Claim Reference: 6678-mddx-ins, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or response. In addition, the car rental company has also reached out without success. The fact that RentalCover offers no phone number or live support makes this situation even more frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a company in the insurance sector where timely assistance is critical. It has become evident—both through my own experience and through numerous reviews from other customers—that there is a recurring pattern of ignored claims and lack of communication. Many customers, like myself, are forced to turn to their personal insurance due to the complete failure of RentalCover to honor its coverage promises. This is unacceptable. I am requesting the following: A full update on the status of my claim A direct point of contact for further communication Immediate action to process my reimbursement or clearly explain any delay If I do not receive a response within 5 business days, I will be forced to escalate this matter by filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities and disputing the charge through my credit card provider. I expect a professional and timely resolution to this issue.

I lost $15,200. I was heartbroken and angry — mostly at myself. That’s when my grandson mentioned Mrs. Napua Francesca. I expected another dead end, but her team was different. Terrible service! I made a insurance to be sure that i would have any problem with my rental car. It’s unbeliaveble that i’m still waiting for an answer after 2 months. I’ll never use this company and hope people read that to not have the same problem that i had.

I am beginning to think this company is a scam. My claim has been "under review" since January 2025. I have sent multiple follow up requests and all I get is this automated reply from AI. My claim has four sections where it says "processed" and then the other four sections say "under review". This is absolute madness. There is no customer support number to reach anyone at which is why I am thinking this is a scam. I am out of pocket because of this and I have no idea if its being looked at. I don't even know how this is legal. It's to the point where I may have to hire legal action to get my payment back from these people. My booking reference is D7BP-JRJW-INS AND I NEED A REPLY BACK ASAP.

It’s been almost been 8 months and they have refused to handle my claim. I keep getting automated emails telling me that they are working on it as expeditiously as possible. They also said they reached out to the rental company which is not true. I’m starting to believe that this RentalCover.com is nothing but a scam. I would stay away from them if you’re considering buying insurance.

If I could put a 0 star I would. I have sent them multiple email enquiries, can't even talk to them on the phone, all their email responses is "we are assessing your claim" with no peace of mind or someone to at least respond back in a human form simply explaining in human language not robot or automated set responses so I can be assured I am being looked after. My claim total is $32k estimate and not a single cent of care is shown by these people. I have tried to be nice and email them very kind and professionally however it seems that other communication pathways are needed. My booking reference is GA4B-X5NX-INS and my name is Ehsan Alfsiawashi. This is madness imagine being out of pocket $32k because the hire car demanded their money to be paid which I did and paid them assuming I have rental cover and I would be protected as advertised. I need this resolved right away.

Typically, I refrain from sharing my thoughts publicly, but this particular situation compelled me to express my experience. This company deceived me, absconding with my investment as if they had never existed. Fortunately, thanks to the assistance of AMDARK LIMITED ** COM, I was able to recover my entire refund. I urge anyone else who has fallen victim to this scam to contact them for further support.
