I am beginning to think this company is a scam. My claim has been "under review" since January 2025. I have sent multiple follow up requests and all I get is this automated reply from AI. My claim has four sections where it says "processed" and then the other four sections say "under review". This is absolute madness. There is no customer support number to reach anyone at which is why I am thinking this is a scam. I am out of pocket because of this and I have no idea if its being looked at. I don't even know how this is legal. It's to the point where I may have to hire legal action to get my payment back from these people.
