“Esta compañía es PÉSIMA no la recomiendo. NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR! Compré 2 póliza cuando alquilé un vehículo. Estacione el carro y cuando iba de regreso alguien le había chocado el bumper trasero. Hice un reporte en el cuartel de la policía , me dieron el número de querella, entregué todas las evidencias necesarias y la compañía de alquiler me proveyó todos los documentos y las pruebas necesarias. Ahora la compañía de seguro RENTALCOVER no quiere cubrir los gastos y dicen que las fechas no concuerdan con la póliza. Teniendo las pruebas de mi parte y de parte de la agencia de alquiler de autos. Son un engaño, les recomiendo escoger otra agencia de seguros. Está no sirve.”

“I will give RentalCover a 10 star review if my claim goes through without trouble, but I’m asked to write a review before that’s done. The claim process was a bit arduous, but I’m done. Now I’ll wait to see how they handle our claim.”

“Great prices, quick and easy to get coverage. Just note that the website states you need to pay for repairs first and submit proof of payment…but then states they can pay for repair directly after claim submission.”
