“I took action by reporting the incident to the authorities even though I was defrauded on a fraudulent trading website and couldn't access my trading account. But as of yet, no answer has been offered. “They are trying to deceive you, so don't accept their false claims and phony testimonials. This transaction is both an organized crime group and a scam. Once they have your attention, they will continue to ask for more money. After being trapped with them for a month, I still haven't received my withdrawal. “I will not use Rentalcover ever again. They don't keep you informed until threatened. Then their currency exchange rate is ridiculous if your damage bill is in CAD and you live in the USA. Even after telling them exactly how many dollars I was charged, they still stiffed me $20.”

“They didn't make me happy, I paid for insurance for Southern Ireland, for Europacar rental, when I arrived at the airport they would not rent me a car with rentalcover.com insurance, I was not made aware that this could or would happen, I had to pay for insurance again as I had arrived in Ireland and had no choice.”

“RentalCover.com is a total scam in the US. They DO NOT cover everything. Specifically they don't cover diminished in vehicle value in case of a damage or an accident that a rental company will charge you, and it could be between $100s to $1000s coming out of your pocket. My advice, do not accept RentalCover. Get a full coverage from a rental company when you pick up a car. I know it's more expensive but trust me you will save big in the long run if a rental company slaps you with a claim. RENTALCOVER.COM is just a big ol scam.”

“Rentalcover.com is a Scam company. One thinks one is taking insurance from the car hire company from whom one gets the car, but then upon acquiring the car, you discover that they are not associated with the car rental company at all. In fact you end up doubling up on your insurance. I paid Pace Car Rental company in South Africa for full insurance cover and then found that Rental Cover.Com had charged me a whacking amount as well. They don't really respond when you enquire. They did this twice to me. I hired a car from Woodford in South Africa and found RentalCover.Com and Woodford had charged me for full insurance cover. They send you emails and should you go into them your policy with them is immediately activated. DON"T GO INTO THEIR EMAILS. WHEN HIRING A CAR FROM ANY COMPANY DON'T PURCHASE INSURANCE ONLINE - PURCHASE IT WHEN YOU ARE AT THEIR COMPANY SITE AND PURCHASE DIRECTLY - YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE ACTUALLY PURCHASING THE INSURANCE FROM AND I UNWITTINGLY PURCHASED FROM RENTAL COVER.COM AND THEN PURCHASED INSURANCE AGAIN ON THE SITE NOT KNOWING THAT THEY WERE NOT RELATED AT ALL.”
