I dinged the right ftont bumper of my rental. Although I had bought other insurance through the car rental company they charged me almost $2k above what their insurance covered. I made a claim on Monday, RentalCover approved my claim on Tuesday, and they direct deposited the full amount I owed to my bank account on Thursday. Thank goodness I bought insurance through them. Europcar, the car rental place, was so awful, rude and horrible to me that having RentalCover be so helpful was a godsend. I highly recommend them for CDW insurance. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!
