I bought full cover from RentalCover. After a minor damage, the rental company charged me €750. I submitted Claim EF5Y-C97V-INS on 14 Aug 2025 with all required documents. Today is 23 Aug 2025—9 days with no acknowledgement or update. I’ve had to pay the €750 on my credit card to avoid interest. Very poor communication. Please confirm receipt, assign a handler, and give a clear ETA for reimbursement. I will update this review once resolved.
