Rented a car in Saint Martin and paid Rentalcover.com for the Insurance. Unfortunately someone hit the side of my rental car and I had to pay the rental company $525.00 to repair the damage. When my wife reached out to Rentalcover.com to get reimbursed they required several things which we gave them everything they needed. We never got reimbursed just a lot of lip service and there is no way to talk with person. As far as I’m concerned I got screwed by RentalCover.com and I find they make very hard to get reimbursed. Very bad business practices.
