We would like for you to confirm why you were charged 120,000 kr when the repairs are only 104,496 kr well let's see it's right there on the credit card that they refunded that I even put little arrows on, please don't expect an immediate response to any of your questions it seems they Dodge to answer any that you have another example I sent all necessary paperwork and then they say some is missing no I checked everything is there. Then tye next email is for someother excuse of why it is not getting processed. So far this company is a negative in my eyes let's see if they can change my mind.
