I had hired booked a car at Seville airport for our 1st ever trip there & as we had to cancel the entire trip we had to cancel Rental cover and the car thro Keddy/Europcar Anyway we got a refund without any issues so credit where it's due I was use again & happily recommend them ,
Great customer service team who were very understanding.
