DON’T BE MISLEAD!!!! I was aggrieved to find I had been charged £3 for returning an item using the returns label as it was certainly not mentioned when I checked the RETURNS UK section when placing my order. I wrote to customer services and received this ... When using our label to return your order, £3.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the postage. This information can be found on your dispatch note, as well as on our website under 'Delivery Information - How to return an item'. It would have been helpful to include this in the relevant RETURNS UK section on their website where it would be obvious and pretty useless to state in the delivery note by which time the order had been received. Just be aware, I certainly won’t be using them again.
