Automated response to a query advising my problem was being looked into, when still no further response after 5weeks I decided to ring their customer service number..27th in the queue and waited 45minutes to get through and very unsatisfactory answer to my initial enquiry!!
The title Customer Service is a pretence and I for one will never again order from Roman online.
