Roman Originals took my order and I paid for it to be delivered to my home address. They emailed me to say it had been delivered to their store nearby. I told them that store had closed down months ago. They then told me to collect from my nearest Argos store, I went and waited while they searched they hadn’t got it. They have now told me to go back to Argos as it is in there and I’m to tell them it’s in a black bag with silver writing on. I’ve told them to send somebody theirselves and deliver it to my house like I paid for. They offer a disgraceful “service”
