Refund Issues.
Items sent back totalling £73 which was recieved on the 15th December.
I emailed to check when I could expect to receive my refund, however I was asked to send over a tracking number, upon me sending this the email bounced back, I therefore created another Customer Enquiry Form, I have today been advised that they are behind with refunds, it could therefore take up to 7 working days, this being Christmas Eve, I have emailed a response only for the email to bounce back again.
I am appalled at the lack of Customer Service and attitude given that this pandemic has left lots of families worse off, do ROMAN honestly think we can wait this length of time for refunds?
I am hoping that Management pick this message up and respond accordingly.
Over the years, I have spent a great deal of money on ROMAN clothing, however if this is how valued customers are being treated, I will shop elsewhere.
I look forward to receiving a response.
