Absolutely disgusted that I had an item returned via Royal Mail which Roman received on the 28th April, and they have admitted to receiving it, and yet they are expecting me to wait 21 working days for a refund! I have sent two e-mails asking for an explanation but you never get one, just ask for your patience!! Well mine is wearing thin at the moment!! I have bought from Roman for a few years now and personally never experience this before so I am beginning to wonder if they have a problem! It is very concerning!!
