Doesn’t deserve any stars. I’m in the same position as most and am waiting for a refund from April. Absolutely disgraceful, how many people’s money are they holding on to? Are they about to go bust? Customer services none existent, telephone line not working, very worrying and frustrating for people who are owed money.
