I now realise Roman Originals computer system was hacked which caused the delay in refunds, I have now received all my refunds with the help of Amy who was brilliant she explained everything, I would like to apologise for my previous reviews, and to tell all those waiting on refunds I can assure you, you will be refunded 😊
