I sent two dresses back to Roman on 21st April. Still getting emails from them asking same questions. I am owed £160!!
I have sent an email today saying I will contact BBC Watchdog and will be taking legal action. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!...i wished I had read reviews before ordering. They have my returns as tracked. They’re response is that they’ve not been processed. How long does it take this company to refund
