I have returned over £200 of items on 5.522 and have checked with the Post office and received on 7.5.22 ....
I emailed last week which said a 2 day reply.
I have phoned everyday and the phones are down .
.......I don't know what else I can do.....they owe me money and no response from Roman. Very bad customer service indeed ....
