I returned a jacket on the 25th April that with discount had paid £46.40 for. I have a proof of posting from the post office.
So 1 whole months later have still not received my refund or any communication at all. I had been a regular customer of Roman but will certainly never shop with them again.
I try to call them email them etc. All firms of communications are virtually impossible with them.
Fingers crossed that I get my refund soon.
