Same as everyone else sadly, returned two items in April through Royal Mail and nothing. Emailed last week and finally had a response today saying we have received your items but can you confirm the item numbers and sizes- why would they need this if they have received the items?
I am a long term customer of Romans but won’t be using them again, my mum is having the same problem trying to get a refund
