Ordered 4 dresses - only 1 suitable. Lovely dress and good value in the sale. Was going to order more after my refund had been received but 4 weeks later no refund received.
Royal mail tracker says delivered to Roman on 24th April. I emailed them 21st May chasing refund of £90.90. I received an email acknowledgement stating they "aim to respond within 2 working days". 4 working days later no update so tried to call them on 0121 6360701 and recorded message says they have a phone outage and to email them!
