No customer service / no acknowledgment or refund of returns.
Returned 2 items totalling £60 at the beginning of May. Phone lines have been down reportedly due to a service provider issue for two weeks and no response to e-mails. Would never order from them again Not hopeful that I will receive my refund -the boxes below should have an option of ‘not received’ under refund. Also ‘No response’ to communication!
