Extremely disappointed…have been waiting since 24/4/22 for refund of over £100, supposedly it was processed on 20/5/22 but still not received it into my account. I’m not on Facebook so unable to try that option to contact them, however I have raised a claim/dispute via PayPal, if I don’t receive the refund by tuesday then I will definitely be seeking advice. It’s absolutely disgraceful to treat customers this way
