Like many others I have recently returned items purchased online valued at over £100. Tracking shows the parcel was received 2 days after posting on 14th May. No way to contact them other than the online contact form with the usual return message saying they will respond in 2 working days - still waiting!! I paid through PayPal and will take this up with them if the refund isn't forthcoming in the next couple of days. Shocking service and will not be ordering online again.
