Terrible refund policy sent back on 3rd May and heard nothing. Filled in 2 contact forms - nothing. Got through on number listed here - not the one in emails and promised refund within 24hrs. They say takes 21 days anything returned after 1st May and then charged me £3 for the privilege! I will never order from Roman again.
