I returned 2 items in April.... as everyone has said no emails returned cannot get connected when telephoning......I love their clothes but will NOT be buying anything if I do not get a refund by the end of June.....I went to the shop in Hemel Hempstead and the lady there is trying to help - she is unaware of any problem .mmmmmm
