So, my returned items were received by Roman on the 14th… still no refund or even an email promising !! Phone outage still (as commented a week ago!) and no response to an email I sent 6 days ago. Shame as I have spent hundreds of pounds with this retailer but will be reluctant to purchase anything else!!
