Same here, returned part order 12 May, still waiting for an acknowledgement, let alone a refund. Unfortunately I subsequently placed another order that I had to return, wish I had read these reviews sooner. I too have not received a response to my emails that I imagine are near the bottom of a very long queue. Their customer service has always been poor. I am cross with myself for continuing to buy from this company after previous bad experiences.
