Similar story to everyone else. I returned an order which was tracked by Royal Mail and they received on the 14th May. I have filled in the email form twice but have had no reply. I did try to return the order to a store first but was told this wasn't possible as there was an issue with shop refunds therefore l would have to return by post. It's a shambles and for this they charge you £3!! Out of shame they should cancel this charge!!
