I returned 2 dresses on the same day....posted on 21st April 2022, received by them on 22nd April. Received one refund on 20th May but still waiting for the other refund!
I have sent various messages via their contact service on the website....guess what...no reply other than automated. Sent a private message via Messenger and got an automated reply. Where do I go from here to get my money back?
