I returned 2 parcels at the same time, received a refund for one of them but have had nothing for the other. I have sent several emails with no response. Why am I still getting regular newsletters regarding the new arrivals etc!! How can the company still be trading whilst the refund situation appears to be in chaos?
I have bought several items from Roman in the past and been pleased with their service, sadly I will not be using the website again.
